(11) Into Thee enter these hosts of gods, and some in fear extol Thee with folded hands. And bands of Rishis and Siddhas exclaim, “May there be peace!” and praise Thee with splendid hymns.

(164) O noble guest! O, why didst thou depart from us! O fierceness, wrath and astringency or severity, thou art the cause of it! O fierce wrathful devil! O, what hast thou done, who hast sunk down thyself and thy beautiful bright angels into darkness? Woe, woe for ever!

(14) ¶But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

(23) ¶The seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. Jesus said unto them,

(20) Peace be unto you; as my Father hath sent me, even so I send you.

(18) Then the demons shouted out of the darkness thus: 'You are man; worship the demon! so that your demon of malice may repose.'

And I entreated those merciless [ones]; and when I entreated them, they fought against me without a cause.'"
