(6) He is lord of the worlds beneath that (the self in the eye), and of all the wishes of men. Therefore all who sing to the vînâ (lyre), sing him, and from him also they obtain wealth.

(9) I am the Father of this universe, the Mother, the Sustainer, and the Grandsire. I am the knowable, the purifier, and the syllable Om. I am also the Rik, the Sāman, and the Yajus.

(9) Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. very one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

(5) You are a superior One, first shadow of the holy father, light from light.

(2) The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

(8) This man is found for me here who alone has hearkened to our enunciations, Zarathustra Spitama! Our mighty and completed acts of grace he desires to enounce for us, for (Me), the Great Creator and for Righteousness; wherefore I will give him the good abode (and authoritative place) of such an one as speaks !

(19) Let them hear Him who conceived of the Righteous Order for the worlds, the (all)-wise One, O Ahura! For truthful speech He rules with absolute sway over words, and ever free of tongue (to guide us in our way ). By Thy shining flame (He doth guide us , Thine altar's flame with its signs of decision and of grace) sent forth for the good of the strivers .

(3) Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath.

(9) Others, again, offer the oblation of knowledge and worship Me either as one with them or as distinct from them; and still others in various ways worship Me, whose form is the whole universe.

(58) Behold! I tell this to thee, as a word of life, which I receive in the knowledge of the spirit, in the midst or centre in the birth or geniture of the new body of this world, over which the Man JESUS CHRIST is Ruler and King, together with his eternal Father.

(6) Full of crime (your leader) has desired to destroy us, wherefore he is famed, (and his doctrine is declared); but if this be so of these, then in the same manner, O Ahura! Thou possessest (because Thou knowest) the true (teachings) in Thy memory . And in Thy kingdom and Thy Righteous Order I will establish Thy precepts (in Thy name) .

(2) Whom do men say that I, the Son of man, am? Whom say the people that I am?

(506) 1094 To say: I am St.ti, I am Sti-sti; 1094 I am the Sw-sw-lake; 1094 I am Swnt, the chest of heaven; 1095 I am 'Ir-k, the most spiritual of the kings of Lower Egypt; 1095 I am "he who shall remain hidden," the 'Imn of this land; 1095 I am he who made (?) the two lands; 1095 I am rr; I am rrw; 1096 I am Praise; I am Appearance; 1096 I am Hathor-symbol-of-the-female-soul, who has two faces; 1096 I am he who is to be delivered; I have delivered myself from all evil things. 1097 Further, to say: I am Wns.t (the female wolf); I am he who belongs to the female wolf; 1097 I am Hpi; I am Dw-mu.t.f.; 1097 I am 'Im.ti, I am b-n.w.f.; 1098 I am (Dwn-`n.wi) he who stretches out the wings; 1098 I am those great gods who rule over the lake. 1098 I am the B-`n (living soul) with bearded (?) face, 1098 who has stretched his head high, who has freed himself, who has removed himself, 1099 (by) the interruption of the action of him who would act, 1099 (by) putting to sleep the action of him who would act, the command of him who would command. 1099 I do (good) to him who does what is good; I command (good) to him who commands what is good; 1100 my lips are as the Two Enneads; 1100 I am the great spoken word; 1100 I am a delivered one; I am one worthy of deliverance; 1100 I am delivered from all evil things. 1101 Further, to say: Men and gods, your arms under me, 1101 while you raise me and lift me up to heaven, 1101 as the arms of Shu (were) under the sky as he lifted her up- 1101 to heaven, to heaven, to the great seat, among the gods!

(19) This I ask Thee, O Ahura! tell me aright; (in the case of the recreant, of him) who does not give this (honoured) gift to him who hath earned it; yea, who does not give it to this (veracious tiller of the earth, to him who in no respect shows favour to the Demon-of-the-Lie, even to the) correct speaker (of Thy sacrificial word), what shall be his sentence at the first (now at this time, and because of this false dealing? I ask it), knowing well his doom at last

(7) I am the savour of waters, Ο son of Kunti, the radiance of the sun and moon; I am the syllable Om in all the Vedas, the sound in ether, the manliness in man.

(11) You are hidden, you are a world of knowledge, you know that those who are of the One are from shadow.

(9) But who is the freely helping one who will teach me foremost how we may adore Thee, Thou the well to be invoked as in Thy deeds, the holy , bountiful Ahura? What (words) the Kine's creator spake for Thee by aid of, and to aid, the Righteous ritual Order, these words of Thine, (Thy people coming) with Thy Good Mind, are seeking now (to gain and learn from) me , O Mazda Lord!
