(6) Now that Voice, or that WORD, which the Father speaks, goes forth from the Father's Saltiter or Powers, and from the Father's Mercurius, Sound or Tune: And the Father speaks this forth in himself, and that WORD is the very Splendor or Glance proceeding from all his Powers.

(10) Within those radiances, the natural sound of the Truth will reverberate like a thousand thunders. The sound will come with a rolling reverberation, [amidst which] will be heard, 'Slay! Slay!' and awe- inspiring mantras. Fear not. Flee not. Be not terrified. Know them [i.e. these sounds] to be [of] the intellectual faculties of thine own [inner] light.

(10) But the Tone or Sound, which goes forth through the WORD, executes the Edict of the Father, which he had outspoken through the Word, and that is the Birth or Geniture of the holy Trinity.

(13) And the Sound or Noise in the turning Wheel, is now the Declarer or Pronouncer in all the Fountains, that the beloved Child is born; for it comes with its Sound before all Doors, and in all Essences; so that in its Awakening, all the Virtues or Powers are stirring, and see, feel, have smell, and taste one another in the Light, for the whole Birth nourishes itself in its first Mother, vis. the harsh Essence, being now become so thin [or pure,] meek, sweet, and full of Joy, and so the whole Birth stands in very great Joy, Love, Meekness, and Humility, and is nothing else than a mere pleasing Taste, a delightful Sight, a sweet Smell, a ravishing Sound to the Hearing, a soft Touch, beyond that which any Tongue can utter or express. How should there not be Joy and Love, where, in the very Midst of Death, the eternal Life is generated, and where there is no Fear of any End, nor can be?

(8) Now that WORD, which the Father pronounces or speaks forth, has such Sharpness, that the Tone of the WORD goes swiftly in a Moment through the whole Deep of the Father, and that Sharpness is the Holy Ghost. [Sharpness,]

(1) (Now these are the names which I will give from the Boundless onward. Write them with a sign, that the Sons of God may be revealed from here on. This is the name of the Immortal: aaa , ōōō ; and this is the name of the Voice, for the sake of which the Perfect Man hath set himself in motion: iii . And these are the interpretations of the names of these mysteries: the first [name], which is aaa , its interpretation is fff ; the second, which is mmm or ōōō, its interpretation is aaa ; the third, which is ps ps ps , its interpretation is ooo ; the fourth, which is fff , its interpretation is nnn ; the fifth, which is ddd , its interpretation is aaa . He on the throne is aaa . This is the interpretation of the second: aaaa , aaaa , aaaa ; this is the interpretation of the whole name.)

(5) The whole Divine Power of the Father speaks forth from all Qualities, the WORD, that is, the Son of God.

(58) Now those Powers of the Father, which stand in the Kindling of the Light, are the holy Father, and the meek Father, and the pure Birth or Geniture of God, and the Spirit, which rises therein, is the holy Spirit. But the sharp Birth or Geniture is the Body, wherein this holy Life is continually generated.

(6) The theologians, having knowledge of this, celebrate It, both without Name and from every Name. Without name, as when they say that the Godhead Itself, in one of those mystical apparitions of the symbolical Divine manifestation, rebuked him who said, "What is thy name?" and as leading him away from all knowledge of the Divine Name, said this, "and why dost thou ask my Name? "and this (Name) "is wonderful," And is not this in reality the wonderful Name, that which is above every Name--the Nameless--that fixed above every name which is named, whether in this age or in that which is to come? Also, as "many named," as when they again introduce It as saying, "I am He, Who is--the Life--the Light--the God--the Truth." And when the wise of God themselves celebrate Him, as Author of all things, under many Names, from all created things--as Good--as Beautiful--as Wise--as Beloved--as God of gods--as Lord of lords--as Holy of Holies--as Eternal--as Being--as Author of Ages--as Provider of Life--as Wisdom--as Mind--as Word--as Knowing--as preeminently possessing all the treasures of all knowledge--as Power--as Powerful--as King of kings--as Ancient of days--as never growing old--and Unchangeable--as Preservation--as Righteousness--as Sanctification -- as Redemption--as surpassing all things in greatness--and as in a gentle breeze.--Yea, they also say that He is in minds, and in souls, and in bodies, and in heaven and in earth, and at once, the same in the same--in the world--around the world--above the world--supercelestial, superessential, sun, star--fire--water--spirit--dew--cloud--self-hewn stone and rock--all things existing--and not one of things existing.

(3) "Who then knoweth that name, if he cometh out of the body of matter, nor smoke nor darkness nor authority nor ruler of the Fate-sphere nor angel nor archangel nor power can hold down the soul which knoweth that name; but if it cometh out of the world and sayeth that name to the fire, it is quenched and the darkness withdraweth. "And if it sayeth it to the demons and to the receivers of the outer darkness and their rulers and their authorities and their powers, they will all sink down and their flame will burn and they will cry out: 'Holy, holy art thou, most holy of all holies.' "And if one sayeth that name to the receivers of the wicked chastisements and their authorities and all their powers and also to Barbēlō and the invisible god and the three triple-powered gods, straightway if one will say this name in those regions, they will all fall one on another, will be undone and destroyed and cry out: 'O Light of all lights, which is in the boundless lights, remember us and purify us.'" And when Jesus had finished saying these words, all his disciples cried out, wept with loud sobbing, saying: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

(58) "The Lord of the World," the father Bêl hath called his name

(13) But in the Father all Powers are mild, soft, like Heaven, very full of Joy, for all the Powers triumph in one another, and their Voice or Sound rises up from Eternity to Eternity.

(9) O nobly-born, from the hearts of the Divine Fathers and Mothers of the Five Orders, the rays of light of the Four Wisdoms united, extremely clear and fine, like the rays of the sun spun into threads, will come and shine upon thee and strike against thy heart.

(45) When the roarings of savage beasts are uttered, Let it come that they be changed into the sacred sounds of the Six Syllables; When pursued by snow, rain, wind, and darkness, Let it come that I see with the celestial eyes of bright Wisdom.

(15) Rise. Now it stands there in the Heart, as a self-subsisting Person, composed out of all Powers, and is a Word, and signifies God the Son; and now it goes out from the Heart into the Mouth on to the Tongue, which is the Sharpness, and that so sharpens it, that it sounds forth, and is distinguished according to the Five Senses.

(45) When experiencing miseries, because of the force of evil karma, Let it come that the Conquerors, the Peaceful and Wrathful, may dispel the miseries; When the self-existing Sound of Reality reverberates [like] a thousand thunders, Let it come that they be transmuted into the sounds of the Mahayana Doctrines.

(82) When the Tone rises up in the divine Nature, then it rises up gently from all the seven qualifying or fountain Spirits jointly together, and generates the Word, or Ideas, Figures, and Shapes, very gently.
